Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale of torrini1369.com (Article 8.3) and applies to all orders placed through the Site.

1. Destinations

The Maison ships worldwide, with the exception of destinations to which shipping is not permitted under applicable export legislation. For any enquiry concerning a specific destination, the Client may contact the Maison at info@torrini1369.com before placing an order.

2. Duties and taxes

Destinations with duties and taxes included. For deliveries to the following destinations, the price displayed on the Site is final: import duties and taxes are included, and no additional charge will be requested from the Client upon delivery:

Australia, Canada, the European Union (all Member States), Hong Kong, Japan, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

All other destinations. For deliveries to destinations not listed above, any duties, import taxes and customs charges applied by the country of destination are borne by the Client and are collected by the carrier or by the local customs authority upon delivery.

Certain destinations — including Brazil and China — apply particularly high import duties and taxes: for these countries, the Maison invites the Client to consider the applicable charges carefully before ordering, and remains at the Client's disposal to identify together the most suitable solution.

3. Production and dispatch

Each Creation is made to order in approximately 45 working days, running from the order confirmation; certain kinds of craftsmanship may require longer, as indicated on the relevant product page (Terms, Article 8.1). Given the entirely artisanal nature of each Creation, the Maison reserves the right to extend this timeframe by up to 10 additional working days, keeping the Client informed. The Maison will inform the Client when the Creation is shipped and will provide tracking references at the time of dispatch.

4. Insured shipping

Every shipment is insured until delivery. The risk of loss of or damage to the Creation passes to the Consumer at the moment when the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Creation (Terms, Article 8.5).

5. Delivery

Shipments are entrusted to DHL Express, worldwide. Delivery times are indicated on the product page.

A signature is required upon delivery: the Creation is delivered exclusively against the recipient's signature, and this requirement cannot be removed or modified.

Should the parcel show any anomaly at the time of delivery, the Client is invited to report it to the carrier and to contact the Maison promptly at info@torrini1369.com.
